New Neutrals: Cool Colors

With so many seasons dominated by warm tones, this year’s spring and summer trends have steered in the other direction. You’ll see more icy tones with silver, grey, lavender, burgundy and cool-toned pinks and beiges. One of my favorite looks with these tones is a silvery frost highlight in the inner corner of the eye.
